Position Overview:
As a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our marketing team. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Marketing Calendar:
    • Coordinate with creative teams to produce marketing materials and content.
    • Establish, implement, and control the marketing calendar within the brand plan.
    • Create a weekly editorial plan for all platforms.
    • Update and follow the social media calendar.
    • Produce a monthly newsletter for marketing activity.
    • Write creative content.
    • Support the department with creative materials and designs.
  • Campaigns:
    • Execute in-store and out-of-store campaigns in collaboration with various teams.
    • Design layouts for posters and advertisements, and conduct post-campaign analysis.
    • Manage and execute in-store campaigns or events effectively.
  • Advertising:
    • Liaise with media buying houses to ensure effective media plans for campaigns.
    • Execute advertising and communication campaigns across channels including social media, email, and display.
    • Oversee digital marketing activities such as social media, email campaigns, and SEO.
    • Conduct market research to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competitor activities.
    • Maintain relationships with media partners for collaborative promotional activities.
    • Monitor campaign progress and submit performance reports.
  • Research:
    • Perform ongoing market research to understand customer preferences and brand perception.
    • Create, manage, and analyze internal research through stores.
  • External/Internal Relations:
    • Maintain a network of suppliers that are cost-effective and extend to different regions.
    • Build and manage relationships with management and stakeholders.
    • Foster collaboration with bloggers, influencers, and community centers.

Personal Characteristics:
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A good team player with strong relationship management skills.
  • Logical, clear thinker with analytical abilities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing management.
  • Experience in the beauty, personal care, or jewelry industry is preferred.
