Join Hilton as a Cluster Marketing Manager! We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our marketing efforts in the Makkah region. As a Cluster Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the annual marketing plan that drives key objectives and relevant marketing activities directly related to our cluster.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the annual cluster marketing plan, including eCommerce and brand strategies.
  • Drive marketing initiatives and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness.
  • Measure the success of marketing campaigns and report to key stakeholders.
  • Lead the execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Manage and grow social media presence and customer interactions.
  • Identify local partnership opportunities to drive revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with branding standards in all marketing materials.
  • Develop and nurture a high-performing marketing team.

What We Are Looking For:
  • A college degree in Marketing or Hotel Management.
  • Experience in a similar marketing role within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing management tools.
