About the Opportunity

Arrow Food Group is seeking a Sales Supervisor, Direct Route Distribution (DRD), to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals only and focuses on leading sales operations within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving market growth and achieving sales targets through effective team leadership.

Role Summary

The Sales Supervisor – DRD (Cash Van) is tasked with leading a team of Van Sales Representatives (VSRs). This involves ensuring the team consistently meets sales, distribution, and execution targets within their designated territory. The role emphasizes developing strong customer relationships, providing coaching and training to team members, and ensuring compliance with company standards for sales and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels.
• Ensure proper execution of pricing strategies, merchandising standards, planograms, and company equipment protocols.
• Coach and train Van Sales Representatives through consistent field accompaniment and constructive performance feedback.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of service delivery.
• Track sales performance, analyze market data, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives and provide ongoing recognition and feedback to team members.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales, including demonstrated supervisory experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and distribution targets.
• Valid driving license and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred qualifications include experience in Direct Route Distribution (DRD) or Cash Van operations, and prior experience within the Food & Beverage FMCG industry.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires regular field presence and travel within the assigned territory to effectively manage sales operations and team performance.
