About the Role

Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company SADAFCO, a prominent company in its sector, is seeking a Sales Supervisor to join its team in Hail. This full-time position is crucial for managing and supervising sales and distribution activities across designated routes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Salesmen, ensuring all sales and secondary distribution operations adhere to company policies, and ultimately driving the achievement of sales targets and other key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales operations and drive performance for assigned routes.
• Gather and analyze market and competitor insights to inform sales strategies.
• Ensure the achievement of replenishment targets.
• Oversee key accounts and wholesale operations where applicable.
• Develop and optimize journey plans for the sales team.
• Monitor product shelf life to minimize waste and ensure quality.
• Identify and onboard new customers to expand market reach.
• Manage credit accounts and ensure timely collections.
• Conduct regular workshops for team development and training.
• Lead and develop the sales team through effective people management.
• Handle administrative tasks and prepare comprehensive sales reports.
• Process and manage endorsements as required.
• Maintain professional appearance standards for the team.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. This experience should ideally be within sales supervision or a comparable role, demonstrating a proven track record in managing sales teams and distribution processes, preferably within the foodstuff or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Hail, Saudi Arabia.
