Responsibilities:
  • Support daily management of department duties.
  • Assign work to associates to support workflow and daily production goals.
  • Conduct standup briefs, deliver feedback, conduct audits and inspections.
  • Support training and upskilling of new associates.
  • Track, analyze and report on departmental metrics.
  • Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
  • Identify and address safety hazards and participate in safety initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 1+ years experience with Microsoft Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for shifts lasting up to 12 hours.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of VAT, ZATCA regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills and accuracy.
  • Able to manage accounts for multiple branches efficiently.
