About the Role

Greener by IHCC is seeking a Project Manager Industrial Energy Efficiency to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading end-to-end energy efficiency projects, ensuring safe, on-time, and cost-effective delivery while meeting all technical, commercial, and client requirements.

Core Project Leadership

The Project Manager will be responsible for the complete project lifecycle, from initial planning through to final handover. This includes delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while proactively addressing any technical or commercial challenges that arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete project lifecycle, encompassing planning, execution, and final handover.
• Manage project schedules, resources, procurement activities, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee projects involving HVAC systems, lighting and lighting controls, Building Management Systems (BMS), energy metering, and Measurement & Verification (M&V).
• Review technical documentation, engineering deliverables, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Supervise testing, commissioning, and performance verification processes.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, invoicing, and cash flow to ensure financial control.
• Manage subcontractor performance and procurement activities effectively.
• Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, and client specifications.

Stakeholder and Team Management

A critical aspect of this role involves effective coordination with all project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams. The Project Manager will lead multidisciplinary project teams, fostering clear communication and ensuring regular project reporting to all relevant parties.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in project management, specifically within industrial energy efficiency.
