We are seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to develop and drive our long-term procurement strategy and manage the end-to-end procurement cycle. This role is essential to ensure all required raw materials, packaging materials, and indirect goods are delivered On-Time-and-in-Full (OTIF) to maintain business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive procurement strategies and policies.
  • Drive supplier profiling processes and manage supplier selection.
  • Analyze market intelligence to identify sourcing opportunities.
  • Prepare tender documents for bids and proposals.
  • Implement cost modeling and negotiation tactics to maintain healthy margins.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Lead the procurement team, fostering a culture of growth and development.

Qualifications:
  • MBA or Post Graduate Degree.
  • 12 years of procurement experience, with 8 years in FMCG and 4 years in the food industry.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office.

  • Develop and implement an annual internal audit plan to assess financial, operational, and compliance risks.
  • Prepare corporate financial statements for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certification (SOCPA/CPA).
  • 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and compliance roles, preferably in real estate.
  • Proficient in Matrix ERP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, ZATCA regulations, and local tax law.
  • High attention to accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
