Role Summary
He is responsible for providing the company with products and services in proportion to the company's budget and develops various strategies to find purchasing opportunities at reasonable prices and appropriate quality. He also communicates with suppliers to reach the best prices. He is primarily responsible for reducing procurement expenses in the company, which helps the company's growth and provides high-quality services and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the procurement team for corporate and distribution center purchasing.
  • Manage supplier contracts, negotiate terms, and resolve vendor issues.
  • Validate and approve supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy in our systems.
  • Analyze travel spend and provide insights to upper management.
  • Train facility personnel on procurement processes and tools like SUPY and Jisr.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Reconcile monthly inventory and support the approval process for expense reports.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the job field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Good knowledge of contract drafting procedures and commercial correspondence.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Understanding of local business practices and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Professional certification such as CPM or CPSM is preferred.
