About the Quality Assurance System Analyst Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a Quality Assurance System Analyst to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on the implementation, deployment, and ongoing support of application software, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives within the retail and healthcare sectors.

Role Overview and Impact

The Quality Assurance System Analyst plays a critical role in supporting IT solutions that meet clinical needs and enhance healthcare delivery. This involves providing staff support and training, ensuring regulatory compliance and data security, analyzing operational data, monitoring application performance, and safeguarding patient privacy across all systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of new applications or customization of existing ones to meet specific retail industry needs for assigned applications.
• Provide Level 2 support for assigned applications, resolving bugs and errors within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to satisfy internal customer requirements.
• Analyze end-user requirements and assist in designing solutions that streamline processes, improve patient care, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Support the implementation of new software applications or major updates, ensuring minimal disruption and compatibility with existing systems.
• Utilize IT data for analysis and reporting to identify areas for development and address operating inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with vendors providing specialized application support to ensure tools meet end-user needs.
• Continuously monitor application performance to meet the demands of a fast-paced retail environment and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure patient privacy is maintained across all applications, adhering strictly to confidentiality and data protection best practices.
• Stay informed about technological advancements in IT and pharmacy sectors, exploring innovative solutions such as telepharmacy, mobile health apps, and AI-driven tools.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to align IT solutions with business needs and facilitate effective healthcare delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in system analysis, application support, or quality assurance.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and deploy application software effectively.
• Experience in providing technical support and training to staff.
• Proficiency in ensuring regulatory compliance and data security within IT systems.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with retail industry operations and healthcare IT solutions is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based entirely indoors (100%). The standard work week consists of 5 working days with 2 days off. Daily working hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour break.
