In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and helping to solidify our reputation as the premier choice for high-quality bedding products in the region.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective retail sales strategies to meet company targets.
  • Oversee daily operations of retail store locations, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Train, mentor, and lead retail staff to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and expansion.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for in-store promotions and campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory and work with supply chain teams for timely restocking.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Retail Sales Manager role within the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail management principles.

  • Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
