About the Sales Associate Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Sales Associate to join its retail team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to contribute to a customer-focused environment.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of the Sales Associate is to drive store sales by delivering excellent customer service and effectively promoting products. This role involves supporting basic optical understanding and ensuring a smooth, professional customer experience throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products, including frames, sunglasses, and basic lenses.
• Drive sales conversion, execute upselling and cross-selling strategies, and implement promotions.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Deliver a friendly and professional customer journey from entry to exit.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues effectively.
• Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Understand basic prescriptions and various product types, such as frames, lenses, and contact lenses.
• Support opticians by guiding customers before technical consultations.
• Ensure accurate communication of customer needs to opticians and technicians.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Assist with insurance documentation and basic inquiries related to coverage.
• Maintain product display standards and ensure store cleanliness.
• Support stock handling procedures and report any shortages or issues.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed about current promotions.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve collective store targets.
• Provide support to opticians and technicians during peak operational hours.
• Contribute to a positive and energetic store environment.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical behavior guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with established customer service and brand standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Qualifications and Experience
