About the Role

Everhires is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to lead sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and expand the client base in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role reports directly to the General Manager and offers potential for professional advancement and leadership development within the company. The position includes a base salary plus commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell company products and services to target clients, identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Provide technical insights and guidance to senior management and the technical office regarding project-specific requirements.
• Build and maintain a structured database detailing market dynamics, key competitors, and prevailing pricing policies.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure service quality, address feedback, and expand commercial relationships.
• Partner with the technical office to generate, refine, and present accurate cost estimates and quotations.
• Monitor and manage the timely collection of project payments to safeguard business cash flow.
• Supervise, support, and direct the sales team to ensure alignment with company targets and performance milestones.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in promoting, marketing, and selling commercial or technical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals.
• Must possess a transferable Iqama (sponsorship transfer provided for the candidate).
