The company is looking to hire a skilled Sales Specialist with the aim of developing the customer base and increasing managed properties and real estate transactions. This role requires high communication skills, relationship building, and achieving monthly sales goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Attract new properties to be added to the company's management and operation.
  • Create and develop an active customer base and increase the number of contracts.
  • Present the company's services to owners and investors and persuade them to join.
  • Follow up with potential clients and convert them into actual clients.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales and results.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings and field visits.

Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in sales (preferably in the real estate sector).
  • High skills in persuasion and relationship management.
  • Ability to achieve clear and monthly sales goals.
  • Good knowledge of the property market in Jeddah and the Kingdom.
  • Driver's license - having a car is preferred.
