About the Role

Baazeem Trading Company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to manage and develop sales within the Discount Channel. This full-time position, based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, requires a professional who can achieve sales targets, expand customer coverage, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring excellent product availability and visibility across assigned outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Visit assigned customers according to the approved route plan.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers within the discount channel.
• Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in all assigned stores.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales volume and expand distribution networks.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns within the market.
• Execute promotional activities and trade initiatives as directed by management.
• Ensure the timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
• Submit daily sales reports and provide valuable market feedback.
• Uphold company standards and policies while representing the organization professionally.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• A minimum of 4 to 6 years of sales experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
• Proven experience working within the Discount Channel accounts.
• Possession of a valid driving license.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position. The role requires 5-10 years of experience and is located in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
