The Role: SAP Supply Chain Track Lead

United Pharmaceuticals Company is seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Track Lead to join its Enterprise Systems team. This full-time position, based in Makkah, requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting SAP Supply Chain solutions, ensuring effective implementation, enhancement, integration, and ongoing support across key SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP Supply Chain solutions with a primary focus on SAP Materials Management (MM).
• Provide functional support for SAP IS-Retail, Warehouse Management (WM), and Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Ensure effective integration between Supply Chain, Finance, and other SAP modules.
• Support SAP implementations, system enhancements, and ongoing operational activities.
• Translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• Participate in business workshops and process discussions.
• Support end-to-end supply chain processes and cross-module integration.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues within SAP.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide appropriate solutions aligned with business and operational needs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain roles.
• Strong hands-on functional experience in SAP MM.
• Solid understanding of SAP IS-Retail, WM, and SD.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and cross-module integration.
• Proven experience in SAP implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical SAP solutions.
