Position Title: Security Supervisor

As a Security Supervisor at Ma’aden, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of our operational facility. You will be responsible for coordinating security operations, supervising security personnel, and implementing security measures for a safe work environment.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage and oversee the security shift, ensuring effective implementation of security plans.
  • Monitor shift activities and respond to security incidents promptly.
  • Conduct regular security inspections and audits as required.
  • Ensure security staff are properly trained in operational procedures and emergency response.
  • Maintain accurate records of security activities and incidents for reporting purposes.

Educational Requirements:
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and must have proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written. Familiarity with MS Office applications is essential.

Experience:
A minimum of 6-15 years of experience in security management, preferably in an industrial setting, with military or law enforcement experience as an advantage.

Competencies:
You should possess expertise in security systems, administration, record-keeping, and strong investigative skills. Ability to coordinate with external contractors and manage the security team effectively is crucial.

Work Location:
Al Ateef

Benefits:
Your compensation will include a basic salary, a housing allowance of 25%, a transportation allowance of 10%, and a remote area allowance.
