Position Title: Security Supervisor

As a Security Supervisor at Ma’aden, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of our operational facility. You will be responsible for coordinating security operations, supervising security personnel, and implementing security measures for a safe work environment.

Key Accountabilities:

Manage and oversee the security shift, ensuring effective implementation of security plans.
Monitor shift activities and respond to security incidents promptly.
Conduct regular security inspections and audits as required.
Ensure security staff are properly trained in operational procedures and emergency response.
Maintain accurate records of security activities and incidents for reporting purposes.

Educational Requirements:
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and must have proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written. Familiarity with MS Office applications is essential.

Experience:
A minimum of 6-15 years of experience in security management, preferably in an industrial setting, with military or law enforcement experience as an advantage.

Competencies:
You should possess expertise in security systems, administration, record-keeping, and strong investigative skills. Ability to coordinate with external contractors and manage the security team effectively is crucial.

Work Location:
Al Ateef

Benefits:
Your compensation will include a basic salary, a housing allowance of 25%, a transportation allowance of 10%, and a remote area allowance.
