Job Title:
Responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and fixing software-related issues on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. The job involves installing and updating software, performing backups and restorations, and providing technical support to customers to ensure optimal device performance.
Required Skills:

Proficiency in mobile operating systems (Android, iOS, Harmony).

Experience with mobile device management tools.

Ability to diagnose and solve software issues.

Familiarity with USB definitions, recovery modes, and firmware updates.

Basic knowledge of phone hardware components.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to provide technical support to customers.
Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Technical Support Services, or a related field.

Previous experience in mobile device software maintenance.

Professional certifications in mobile device software maintenance or support are considered an additional advantage.
