We are currently seeking dynamic and self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals who are eager to advance their careers. As a Host / Hostess, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service.
• Welcome guests to the assigned outlet, conduct them to tables, and ensure they receive attentive service.
• Handle outlet reservations, manage the reservation book, and answer telephone inquiries impeccably.
• Prepare the outlet prior to business hours in collaboration with the service team.
• Work with the service team to arrange necessary seating as per the floor plan.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the outlet and entrance area.
• Ensure guest satisfaction during their visit and at departure.

Qualifications:
You should possess a diploma or degree in hospitality and preferable previous experience within a hotel environment in the Food & Beverage Department. Excellent command of the English language is essential, with additional languages considered an advantage.

About the Role of the Hostess
As a hostess at Four Seasons Resort Red Sea, you will be the welcoming face of our dining venues, responsible for creating a warm and inviting first impression for our guests. Your role includes greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and responding to inquiries with professionalism and care.

Your Responsibilities
- Ensure a seamless guest experience by coordinating seating arrangements and maintaining smooth communication with the service team.
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service that contributes to our exceptional standards of hospitality.

Knowledge And Skills Required
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- Six to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience is required.
- Working knowledge of restaurant services, policies, and operations.
- Proficiency in the English language; Arabic speakers are required.
