Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, store and issue supplies and equipment.
  • Compile records of supply transactions.
  • Verify that supplies received match requisitions and invoices.
  • Accurately record deliveries in stock ledgers and maintain daily balances.
  • Unload and receive goods from suppliers.
  • Distribute goods to Engineering Department employees as requested.
  • Conduct weekly requisitioning of materials to maintain stock levels.
  • Enter materials in and out of stores weekly into the computer.
  • Ensure proper security and cleanliness of stores at all times.

Qualifications:
You should ideally possess a high school or college qualification along with previous experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry. A robust knowledge of electrical equipment and good command of English is essential. Computer skills will be an advantage.
