As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inventory and ensuring the efficient operation of our storage facility. This role not only involves handling incoming and outgoing materials but also requires maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary to ensure availability.
  • Receiving Goods: Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and documents.
  • Storage Organization: Ensure materials are stored properly, maintaining a clean and organized storage area.
  • Issuing Materials: Process requests for materials and ensure timely distribution to various departments.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.
  • Stock Audits: Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies in inventory records.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in supply chain or material management is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a storekeeper or in an inventory management role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
