About the Technical Account Manager Role
Women First Jobs is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) with a strong background in cybersecurity sales to join our team in Makkah, specifically in the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement strategies for selling managed security services, including target market analysis, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies.
- Identify and qualify new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals, and build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their security challenges, business objectives, and regulatory requirements, and recommend tailored managed security solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of managed security services to key decision-makers, addressing technical and business concerns.
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts in collaboration with sales engineers, solution architects, and legal teams, ensuring alignment with client requirements and compliance standards.
- Lead negotiations with clients to finalize terms and conditions, pricing, and service level agreements, overcoming objections to secure signed contracts and achieve sales targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive offerings in the managed security services landscape to refine sales strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the cybersecurity or IT services industry.
- Deep understanding of managed security services, including SIEM, SOC, endpoint security, threat intelligence, and incident response.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications (*, CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are a plus.
Work Location and Type
This full-time position is based in Makkah, with specific coverage for the cities of Jeddah and Makkah.
