As a Telephone Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable experience throughout their stay. Your responsibilities will include:
We prefer candidates who have a diploma or degree in hospitality and relevant previous experience. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, along with strong voice modulation, are essential. Familiarity with computers and previous experience with Opera are advantageous.

- Answering guest calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintaining effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handling queries courteously and exceeding guest expectations.
- Greeting guests by name as per Rotana Standards.
- Keeping up-to-date knowledge of the hotel and local services.
- Using the Opera guest profile system to maintain guest profiles.
- Managing long-distance call vouchers and recording them on the traffic sheet.
- Maintaining the guest wake-up call sheet and delivering calls on time.
- Operating the switchboard efficiently for fast internal and external call transfers.
- Taking messages for guests and management as required.
