The Administrative Organization Specialist Internship

Aathar Holding Company, through its subsidiary Waref Education Company, is offering a 6-month internship opportunity for an Administrative Organization Specialist in Jeddah. This internship is part of the Tamheer program and aims to provide recent graduates with practical experience in a professional work environment. The intern will join the team to support administrative and organizational operations, contributing to the company's mission and gaining valuable skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily administrative tasks and follow up on operational requirements.
  • Organize and maintain administrative files, correspondence, and records.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, and track ongoing tasks.
  • Prepare and format documents, forms, and presentations.
  • Monitor tasks and coordinate with the team to ensure efficient completion of work.
  • Support communication and coordination processes between various departments.
  • Contribute to the improvement and organization of administrative procedures and workflows.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant specialization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Tamheer Program Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for this internship through the Tamheer program must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Must be a Saudi national.
  • Must hold a Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or higher.
  • Must not be currently employed in either the public or private sector.
  • Must not have been registered with social insurance during the past six months.
  • Must not have previously fully benefited from the Tamheer program.
