The Role of Senior Fragrance Consultant

As a Senior Fragrance Consultant at Chalhoub Group, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets by ensuring an exceptional customer experience and upholding high professional standards. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah, within the Makkah region. You will provide expert fragrance consultation to customers, guiding them on various fragrance types and potential sensitivities, while recommending suitable products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships to foster loyalty.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, prices, availability, usage, and services.
• Engage with customers to assess their needs and assist them in meeting or anticipating expectations.
• Inform customers about product ranges best suited to their needs.
• Explain the uses and benefits of various brands and products.
• Manage new product launches, product promotion, and visual merchandising.
• Enhance sales and achieve set line and sales targets by leveraging fragrance knowledge.
• Promote fragrance sales during events, offers, and new product launches.
• Monitor store-level sales targets.
• Prepare daily sales reports.
• Contact customers remotely to drive store traffic or via e-commerce platforms (if applicable).
• Contribute to incentive achievement and track new product launch sales at store level.
• Ensure in-store merchandising levels comply with brand guidelines.
• Ensure shelves are restocked correctly and promptly.
• Report stock shortages using the designated stock request form.
• Verify stock receipt according to established procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned area.
• Adhere to company procedures for ordering, cash handling, and other operational practices.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fragrance or luxury cosmetics sales.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build strong customer relationships.
