Operations Manager

About the Role

Marriott Executive Apartments in Medina is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business performance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This full-time role requires a results-oriented leader with a strong background in the hospitality industry, operational excellence, and commercial awareness. The salary for this position ranges from SR 6,000 to SR 8,000 per month.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive management experience in the hospitality industry.
• Previous experience with Marriott International is highly preferred.
• Sales or business development experience is strongly preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets and operational performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Work Environment

This role is based in Medina and operates within a fast-paced hospitality environment. The Operations Manager will work as part of a dedicated team focused on maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.
