We are looking for a skilled Operations Manager to join our team to manage and coordinate daily operations and ensure the workflow runs efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the performance of operational processes, analyzing performance and identifying areas for improvement, preparing regular reports for senior management, in addition to coordinating work between different departments to ensure the achievement of set goals. We look forward to working with someone who has strong analytical skills and experience in operations management and the ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety, Environmental Health, or Hospitality preferred.
  • Experience in a luxury hotel or large food service operation.
  • Expertise in HACCP, food safety systems, and kitchen hygiene best practices.
  • Knowledge of ISO 22000 and food safety regulations.
  • Professional certifications in food safety preferred.
  • Excellent auditing and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and proactive approach.
