Responsibilities and tasks:

Gathering and listing tasks, distributing them among teams, and monitoring daily execution and closing tasks within the specified time at the required level of quality and bridging operational gaps by taking on random tasks.

Supervising the application of operational systems and monitoring compliance among all teams.

Analyzing the flow of operations and performance to identify operational bottlenecks and proposing developmental solutions.

Supervising human resources within the team in terms of attendance and discipline, productivity and performance, vacations and coverage, and developing individual performance through guidance, follow-up, and identifying training needs.

Preparing weekly and monthly operational reports
Participating in periodic meetings, documenting decisions, and following up on their implementation.

Managing access and permissions for all systems, tools, and technical accounts.
Supervising archiving and documentation.

About the Role:

  • Keep updated on HSE best practices and standards, assessing the adequacy of the SMS.
  • Conduct HSE training for KEO employees based on a training needs assessment.
  • Monitor HSE standards achieved by the contractors and maintain statistical data.
  • Oversee incident reporting and investigation, driving recommendations to prevent recurrence.
  • Conduct periodic project inspections to ensure compliance and recommend changes as necessary.
  • Manage and assign duties for KEO Safety Officers.
  • Review contractor H&S documentation for compliance.
  • Chair Project H&S Meetings and attend construction progress meetings.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess a minimum of 15 years of experience and a Bachelor of Science in Health, Safety & Environmental. A chartered status with NEBOSH Certificates and experience in High Rise Tower projects is required.
