Join Our Team as a Salesperson in Najran!
At NICE ONE, we are seeking a motivated Salesperson to drive our retail and field sales activities in Najran. As part of our dynamic team, you will build customer relationships and achieve revenue targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales by actively approaching potential customers and converting leads into purchases while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and gather feedback to improve offerings.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective territory management and pipeline tracking.
• Manage orders, process transactions, and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
• Represent the company professionally at store locations and events, maintaining product displays and promotional materials.
• Provide product demonstrations and help customers make informed decisions.
• Record customer interactions in the CRM system and report on progress to the regional sales manager.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for promotions and local initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines and local market trends to identify new sales opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
• 1+ years of direct sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in retail or FMCG.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage customer relationships.
• Basic numeracy and experience with cash or POS transactions.
• Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools is preferred.
• Legal right to work in Saudi Arabia and willingness to be based in Najran.

• Goal-oriented with good time management and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving ability and resilience in handling challenges.
• Basic digital literacy and familiarity with business apps.
• Fluency in Arabic and working proficiency in English are an advantage.
