We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial and Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and brand positioning for DSFH NEOM. This role will lead integrated commercial and marketing strategies to support our ambitious goals aligned with Fakeeh Care Group’s brand and governance.

Responsibilities include:
  • Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute the commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and identify new opportunities.
  • Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning: Lead the marketing strategy ensuring alignment with the group brand and wellness aspirations.
  • Market Development & Partnerships: Build relationships with key stakeholders and represent DSFH NEOM in external forums.
  • Performance, Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports to inform strategy optimization.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Collaboration & Governance: Work closely with various departments ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.

This position is pivotal for ensuring our patients receive world-class services while adhering to our esteemed standards.
