Al-Midarat Al-Wasat Contracting Company is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to participate in the preparation of strategic and operational plans for operational activities. Your main responsibility will be the direct supervision of planning and organizing the operation of various equipment and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in preparing strategic plans and general objectives.
  • Manage and direct activities related to equipment operation and ensure optimal application of systems and instructions.
  • Follow up on licensing and permit issuance procedures.
  • Provide work reports to senior management regarding challenges related to equipment management.

Requirements:
  • 5 years of practical experience in operations management.
  • A diploma in business administration (three years post-secondary).
