About the Role

Hdaiacom Perfume Company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position based in the Second Industrial City, Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately record daily accounting entries and financial transactions.
• Review sales, purchase, and expense invoices to ensure their validity and accuracy.
• Monitor customer and supplier accounts, including tracking outstanding payments.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and ensure alignment of balances.
• Organize and archive financial documents and records systematically.
• Track advances and expenses, and prepare periodic financial reports.
• Contribute to the preparation and processing of Value Added Tax (VAT) data.
• Support inventory operations and stock reconciliation as required.
• Collaborate with various departments to provide necessary financial data and reports.
• Adhere to all approved financial policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of practical experience in an accounting role.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and the VAT system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant accounting systems and software.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• High organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Commitment to deadlines and maintaining the confidentiality of financial information.
• Obtaining a SOCPA certificate or eligibility for registration is considered an advantage.

Work Environment and Preferences

This full-time position is located in the Second Industrial City, Riyadh. Candidates residing near the Second Industrial City are preferred.
