Job Description

We are looking for a leader with experience in managing and operating restaurants, capable of leading teams, improving operational performance, and ensuring the application of quality standards and customer service. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily operations, achieving operational targets, and developing the efficiency of branches to ensure a distinguished customer experience.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Supervising daily workflow in branches.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and food safety.
  • Monitoring performance indicators, analyzing results, and developing improvement plans.
  • Managing and developing work teams and evaluating performance.
  • Monitoring inventory, reducing waste, and increasing operational efficiency.
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Addressing operational problems and making appropriate decisions.
  • Working on increasing customer satisfaction and achieving operational goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in managing and operating restaurants or the food and beverage sector.
  • High leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in managing multiple branches is preferred.
