Must be fluent in Arabic and English

* Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant units, ensuring compliance with brand standards, SOP, and regulatory requirements.
*Analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify performance gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
*Drive staff training and development programs to improve service quality, compliance, and operational consistency.
*Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health & hygiene standards, and local authority requirements.
*Prepare operational budgets, forecast resource needs, and manage P&L performance for assigned units.

Requirements

  • GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
  • Requires 5-10 Years experience
  • Expert or Advanced in English
