Job Description

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in restaurant management and operations, including at least 2 years in managing multiple branches.
  • Proven practical experience in operating and managing Mandi, meat, and traditional Saudi restaurants.
  • Good knowledge of preparation and cooking methods for Mandi, grills, and slaughtered animals, and the operational mechanisms specific to this type of restaurant.
  • Experience in managing costs related to meat and slaughtered animals, reducing waste, and improving profit margins.
  • Knowledge of health and food safety requirements related to storing, preparing, and cooking meat.
  • Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems, operational reports, and inventory management.

Required Skills:

  • Leadership and management of multi-branch teams.
  • Ability to manage and operate restaurants with high operational volumes.
  • Planning, organization, and cost management skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales and performance indicators and make appropriate decisions.
  • Communication, problem-solving, and customer experience improvement skills.
