About the Opportunity

iHR (International Human Resources) is seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager to join a prominent contracting company in Riyadh. This full-time role offers an opportunity to lead and contribute to the management of diverse projects, oversee their execution, and enhance the overall project management framework within a growing organization.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the company's projects, from the initial handover stage through to final delivery. This includes supervising work teams, contractors, and suppliers, while diligently monitoring project timelines, costs, quality standards, and potential risks. The role also involves contributing significantly to the continuous development of the project management system and supporting the company's strategic growth and expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage company projects and oversee their execution from initiation to final delivery.
• Prepare project implementation plans, timelines, resource plans, procurement strategies, and cash flow projections.
• Monitor work progress, addressing any delays or deviations from approved plans.
• Supervise work teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance and productivity.
• Manage and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review drawings, contract documents, bills of quantities, and technical specifications.
• Track progress payments, quantities, executed works, and changes, while controlling project costs.
• Manage change orders, claims, and contractual correspondence to safeguard company interests.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and relevant stakeholders, representing the company in project meetings.
• Prepare periodic reports on completion rates, financial status, risks, and challenges.
• Ensure quality of execution and compliance of works with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and requirements.
• Monitor safety, security, and quality requirements at project sites.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical and financial proposals and the submission of project bids.
• Assist in attracting engineers, supervisors, and technical personnel required for projects.
• Develop project management procedures, templates, mechanisms, and reporting standards.
• Train and guide team members, fostering a capable project management team as the company expands.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi nationality is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Planning.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project design and implementation.
• Proven experience in project management and supervision of execution.
• Demonstrated leadership and business acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and contribute to the development of project management systems.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic contracting company environment focused on project excellence and strategic growth.
