We are looking for a salon operations manager, responsible for overseeing and supervising the daily workflow within the salon, ensuring high-quality services for clients, while managing reception, cashier, bookings, inventory, and daily marketing, to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales goals and client satisfaction. Required Tasks: * Monitor daily salon operations and organize workflow. * Receive clients and manage bookings and cashier. * Monitor employees, attendance, and service quality. * Prepare a daily report of sales, expenses, and observations. * Monitor inventory, warehouse, and missing items. * Ensure salon cleanliness, tool sterilization, and department readiness. * Photograph services and prepare and publish simple content for social media accounts. * Respond to client inquiries and follow up on feedback and complaints. * Implement approved promotions and instructions from management.
