About the Role

Science Oasis International School is looking for a Support Services, Movement, and Transportation Officer to join its team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the school's support operations run efficiently and smoothly, with a focus on logistics and transportation aspects.

Job Responsibilities

• Comprehensive management and organization of the school transportation system, including the daily schedule of trips, supervision, and tracking of drivers.
• Provide direct supervision to school bus drivers, ensuring their readiness and safety.
• Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, safety teams, and external staff to ensure the readiness and maintenance of school facilities.
• Provide necessary logistical support to administrative and educational departments, and accurately monitor the daily needs of school buildings.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Previous and proven experience working within educational institutions or the education sector (essential requirement).
• Practical experience as a driver and transporter, and experience in managing school bus drivers (essential requirement).
