Call Center Agent
Job Description
- Receiving customer calls and responding to their inquiries.
- Providing information about services and offers, cars installment or cash.
- Following up on customer complaints and working to resolve them.
- Entering and updating customer data in the system.
Conditions:
- Appropriate qualification.
- Experience in customer service or call center (in the automotive field).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to work in a team and withstand work pressure.
