Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
* Communicating with carriers and clients
* Receiving and responding to customer inquiries professionally
* Communicating with carriers and clients

* Following up on customer requests and resolving issues
* Providing an outstanding customer service experience
* Coordinating with other departments when needed
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills
* Politeness and good interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in using computers
* Previous experience in customer service is preferred
