Vehicle Rental Agent

We are looking for a car rental female employee who possesses an elegant style and a distinguished presence in dealing with customers, characterized by high skills in negotiation, persuasion, and converting inquiries into successful contracts with complete professionalism.

Fluency, quick thinking, good behavior, and the ability to understand the client's needs and provide the appropriate solution in a smart and convincing manner are required.

It is preferable that she has previous experience in customer service or sales, and knowledge of rental programs such as the Dynamics program is considered an additional advantage and not a basic requirement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receiving customers and serving them with high professionalism.
• Explaining offers and contracts in a clear and convincing manner.
• Negotiating with customers and closing contracts efficiently.
• Following up with customers and responding to inquiries via phone and WhatsApp.
• Entering contracts and data and following up on reservations.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction and building an excellent relationship with them.
