**Tasks and Responsibilities:**

* Managing the entire recruitment cycle, from posting jobs to signing employment contracts.
* Full familiarity with government platforms and how to use them
* Developing and implementing training programs aimed at developing employee skills.
* Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
* Providing support and advice to employees and management regarding HR issues.
* Contributing to building a positive organizational culture and promoting a healthy work environment.

Requirements

  • For Saudis Only
  • GOSI Registration Required
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Intermediate in English
