Join Us as a Regional Manager – Central Region
Samaa Holding Company is a leading engineering firm offering integrated solutions across a variety of sectors. As a Regional Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing project governance and operational efficiency across the Central Region.

About the Role:
As the Regional Manager, you will report to the Projects Department Manager and supervise a diverse team, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance are met.

Core Responsibilities:

Project Governance & Oversight: Establish project baselines, manage schedules, cash flows, and risk registers.
Supervision Management: Ensure compliance with contract documents and quality standards.
Team Leadership: Allocate resources effectively and monitor team performance.
Client Management: Act as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, facilitating strong relationships.
Operational Monitoring: Provide regular progress reports and ensure compliance with KPIs.
Quality & Safety: Uphold HSE and ISO procedures to promote a safe working environment.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancements to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or ARC); Master’s preferred.
15+ years of project management experience.
Strong knowledge of project controls and compliance standards.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Primavera P6 is advantageous.
Preferred certifications: PMP, PgMP, or MRICS.
