About the Role

Drahim, a Saudi fintech company focused on digital financial solutions, is seeking ambitious students to join its Sales team as Account Management Interns. This internship provides practical experience within a dynamic fintech environment, supporting business growth and customer acquisition. The role offers exposure to sales operations, client engagement, business development, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in daily operations and customer engagement.
  • Assist with lead generation and prospect research.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Coordinate meetings and manage follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on commercial initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Finance, MIS, or a related field.
  • Eligibility to participate in a university Cooperative Training or Internship Program.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
  • Demonstrated interest in sales, business development, and customer success.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn within the fintech sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • English fluency is preferred.

Internship Details

This is a paid internship based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, offering 0-1 year of experience. Interns will receive mentorship from experienced professionals and gain exposure to a fast-growing Saudi fintech startup. Successful performance may lead to future career opportunities within Drahim.
