About the Account Manager Role
ITBuilders is seeking a full-time Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This role is crucial for driving business growth through proactive business development, effective sales strategies, and dedicated account management. The position requires a motivated individual with 0-1 years of experience, focused on building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial sector by researching target markets and potential clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure, ensuring achievement of sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Coordinate with internal teams (presales, technical, finance, delivery) and external partners (vendors, distributors) to ensure accurate solution design, pricing, and timely proposal submission.
- Oversee collection activities for assigned accounts, following up on payments and resolving any issues that may delay collection.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring project implementation, addressing concerns, and maintaining open communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records, and prepare regular sales and performance reports.
Business Development and Sales Execution
This role involves actively pursuing new business through various channels including calls, meetings, networking, and strategic partnerships. A key focus is understanding customer business needs and technology requirements to align ITBuilders' solutions. Sales targets, revenue objectives, and gross profit goals must be met through effective account and sales planning, opportunity strategy development, and meticulous management of the sales pipeline. This includes ensuring the timely submission of all required commercial documents and negotiating terms to protect the company's profitability and contractual interests.
Client Relationship Management
Developing and nurturing robust, enduring relationships with clients is central to this position. The Account Manager will serve as the main liaison, ensuring continuous engagement with key client stakeholders. Regular account reviews will be conducted to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and discuss future requirements. Proactive communication and professional account handling are essential for customer retention and strengthening client loyalty.
Internal and External Coordination
Effective collaboration with internal departments, including PMO, finance, and delivery teams, is vital for seamless project transitions and accurate solution delivery. This includes following up on proposal preparation, pricing approvals, contract reviews, and invoicing status. Coordination with vendors and distributors is also required to obtain pricing, validate solutions, and support joint customer engagement activities. Staying informed about vendor products and market trends is necessary to support business opportunities.
Employment Expectations
The Account Manager is expected to represent ITBuilders professionally at all times, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and adhering to all internal policies and procedures. Achieving assigned sales and collection targets is a primary objective, contributing directly to the company’s revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market expansion. Accurate and up-to-date record-keeping within the CRM system is also a key expectation.
