We are looking for a skilled Administrative Supervisor who will play a vital role in ensuring that our administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Follow all relevant Administration policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to maintain a controlled and consistent workflow.
  • Implement daily operations for the department to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
  • Assign and review typing, data, and related administrative and secretarial work to provide quality service.
  • Prepare work schedules to guarantee coverage for functions such as reception, telephone support, mail preparation, and delivery.
  • Conduct complex and non-routine clerical activities and perform additional research as necessary to support ongoing business activities.
  • Plan and allocate specialized clerical and administrative tasks to subordinates for efficient task execution.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including booking itineraries and venues to optimize the manager's time.
  • Produce regular and ad hoc analyses and reports for effective business activity and performance monitoring.
  • Handle employees' accommodations, car insurance and license renewals, and business travel arrangements, ensuring optimal satisfaction.
  • Comply with safety, quality, health, and environmental procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
