After Market Country Division Manager

About the Role

Carrier is seeking an After Market Country Division Manager to lead and expand its Aftermarket business in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, involves full responsibility for the division's Profit and Loss (P&L) performance. The role focuses on overseeing the complete aftermarket portfolio, including Service Modernization, Service Repair, Service Agreements, Parts, and Digital Service offerings, while leading both Sales and Operations teams to achieve sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Aftermarket Division's P&L, covering revenue, profitability, costs, margins, and cash flow.
• Develop and implement the country's aftermarket strategy in line with regional and global objectives to achieve profitable growth across all service lines.
• Lead the Service Modernization, Service Repair, Service Agreements, and Parts businesses, defining portfolio strategies, pricing models, and customer value propositions.
• Guide service sales and operational teams to meet business targets, develop effective go-to-market strategies, and enhance customer relationships and service contract penetration.
• Formulate and execute the Parts go-to-market strategy in collaboration with dealers, focusing on inventory planning, parts availability, inventory turns, and dealer performance.
• Drive digital service transformation and the development of new digital offerings, promoting the adoption of predictive maintenance, remote monitoring, and digital solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities, strengthen strategic customer partnerships, and increase market share across the aftermarket portfolio.
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing Sales, Operations, Service, and Parts teams, strengthening organizational capabilities and fostering a performance-driven culture.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a preference for Mechanical Engineering.
• Over 15 years of relevant experience in Service, Aftermarket, or Industrial Operations.
• Demonstrated experience in full P&L management and leadership of service sales and operations.
• Strong commercial and operational experience, including service portfolio management, profitability, and parts business management.
• Proven experience in developing and executing business strategies and driving profitable growth.
• Experience in managing dealer networks and cultivating strong customer relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including building and developing high-performing teams.
