Role Overview: AP Accountant Associate

Mnzil is seeking a detail-oriented AP Accountant Associate to join its finance team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient management of accounts payable activities. The AP Accountant Associate will manage vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations, contributing to robust financial controls and supporting month-end closing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and payment requests.
• Ensure invoices are properly approved, coded, and supported by documentation.
• Prepare payment schedules and process vendor payments on time.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records within the accounting system.
• Support month-end closing procedures and prepare AP-related reports.
• Monitor outstanding balances, advances, and employee reimbursements.
• Assist with VAT documentation, audits, and financial reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement and other internal teams to improve payment processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in financial operations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
