Architect

Arch Limited Company announces its need to appoint an architect to join the team.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Supervising fieldwork and following up on implementation at the sites.
• Managing and executing finishing and Fit-Out works.
• Developing and reviewing architectural plans and coordinating with other specialties.
• Ensuring quality of execution and compliance with plans and technical specifications.
• Coordinating with contractors and suppliers and following up on timelines.
• Preparing technical reports and submitting them to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Practical experience in fieldwork and finishing works.
• Experience in developing plans and executing Fit-Out projects.
• Ability to work in a team and handle work pressure.
• Proficiency in using related engineering software.
• High communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
• Requires 5-10 Years experience
• Intermediate in English
