Key Responsibilities:

• Search for new projects and investment opportunities.
• Attracting design, supervision, and project management projects.
• Building and developing a network of relationships with real estate developers, contractors, and consultants.
• Communicating with government and private entities to introduce the company's services.
• Following up on competitions and opportunities available in the market.
• Coordinating with the tenders and pricing department to prepare technical and financial offers.
• Attending engineering meetings, events, and exhibitions and representing the company professionally.
• Preparing periodic reports on investment opportunities and potential clients.
• Achieving approved sales and commercial targets.
