About the Role

High Links Contracting is seeking an experienced Architectural Inspector to join a leading Gas Project. This full-time position is based in Ad Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with a strong background in architectural inspection within construction projects.

Role Overview

The Architectural Inspector will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of architectural elements throughout building and finishing projects. This involves meticulous oversight and verification of work against project specifications and industry standards, contributing to the successful delivery of the Gas Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough inspections of architectural works during various stages of building and finishing projects.
• Verifying compliance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Identifying and documenting any deviations, non-conformities, or quality issues.
• Preparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation and inspection reports.
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure timely resolution of inspection findings.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in building and finishing projects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in documentation skills.
• Candidates must possess their own laptop for work purposes.
• Must hold a valid Iqama and medical insurance.
